Heart of Amish Country.
If you have a unique recipe or a great ol' standby from your great

Baby
Swiss Quiche
INGREDIENTS
1⁄4 cup diced cooked ham or cooked,
crumbled bacon
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 cup shredded Guggisberg Baby Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
Salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle meat in bottom of pie shell. Combine remaining
ingredients and stir well. Pour into shell. Bake at
350° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling
is set and crust is golden. Cool for 10 minutes
before cutting. |
